Dedicated to my beautiful mom who passed away 5/22/04
after a valiant month-long struggle
with, not one illness, but with many smaller physical
problems that went wrong and could not be reversed.
On their own, they would not necessarily have harmed her,
but together they overwhelmed her fragile body.
My one comfort is that, after 4 long years, she is finally with my dad.
Our family will always love and miss them both.

Chicago suburbs in mid-1960's.
How they spoiled Sissy. How they spoiled all of us!

Mom and Dad at the front door. They loved to go out
to dinner and dancing with friends & family.
I'm sure they're still dancing . . . on cloud 9 perhaps?

I love the decorating, renovating, crafts and it goes on and on . . .

I've been blessed with seeing this almost every day!
