Answers to the lastest - Trivia Three Questions: 1. Where was Graham when he wrote "Sweet Dreams"? Graham says he wrote this when he was visiting his dad in Australia in 1980. He thought it showed the classical music influence on Air Supply. 2. Which song had the guys working with E-Street Band? "Making Love Out of Nothing At All" gave the guys the chance to work with Jim Steinman and members of Bruce Springsteen's E-Street Band. 3. What year did their debut album get on the charts and where? Air Supply's debut album was "Love and Other Bruises" which was on the Australian charts in 1977. It's hit song was the original Australian version of "Lost in Love." No they weren't known in the U.S. quite yet! Their north America debut album wasn't until 1980 with a re-recorded "Lost in Love" in an Americanized version. So while Australians are celebrating Air Supply's 30th anniversary now that it's 2005 . . . the U.S. is probably really recalling only 25 years of Air Supply - from when they first heard the guys opening for Rod Stewart on tour or heard the songs played in the U.S. However, everyone is grateful for every single day since the guys met and started singing! Note: You can hear both versions of "Lost In Love" on "The Definitive Collection" CD.
